Scott Welch | Owner and President
​
​Scott has worked in the building industry in Colorado since 1992. He began his career designing custom homes, renovations, and commercial tenant finish. He is considered by many to be the premier home designer in Northern Colorado. After many successful years in design, Scott began building custom homes in 2005. He then transitioned to commercial construction where he spent ten years in large scale commercial construction, working on the Leprino Cheese Factory, the UNC Butler-Hancock Renovation, the State Farm tornado remediation, and other projects. He returned to residential construction because he prefers working with homeowners rather than large companies.

​In addition to his work in construction, Scott is also a professional artist and published book cover illustrator.

Alyssa Welch | General Manager

Alyssa spent most of her formal career working in restaurant management. She began working for Old Chicago in 2015 and quickly worked her way up the ladder. She was promoted to Service Manager in Fort Collins, CO in 2017. In that position she managed all front of house staff including bartenders, waitstaff, and hosts. In addition, she coordinated and directed the manager in training program to prepare future managers for the respective roles. In 2018, Alyssa was given the opportunity to move to Texas to run her own Old Chicago as a General Manager. The next year she was moved to one of the top ten busiest Old Chicago's in the company. She ran the Old Chicago in Broomfield, CO from 2019-2021 as the General Manager. In 2021 she was approached with an opportunity to be the General Manager at Aster Ridge. She decided to shift her plan and move industries. In that time, she has helped grow the company significantly and maintain the standard of excellence that Aster Ridge is known for.
